Real Madrid moving on to The Copa del Rey!

Hello and welcome back to the second post of my blog I hope you’re as excited for this post as I am! There is some real excited news going on for the Real Madrid team. “Spanish superpowers Barcelona and Real Madrid set up a mouth-watering Copa del Rey final against each other after both clubs progressed through their respected semi-finals”. This information was taken from the ESPN soccer net. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/875073/copa-del-rey:-barcelona,-real-meet-in-final?campaign=rss&source=soccernet&cc=5901. Barcelona advanced through there semi-final game against Almeria totally destroying them with a eight to nothing victory. Well Madrid had a much tougher task for their semi-finals going up against Sevilla. One of Real Madrid’s great rivals it was a close game until the last eight minutes of this high stakes match until Mesut Ozil scored a beautiful shot right to the bottom corner just barely getting it past the keeper. Then Real Madrid decided to bring in their newly signed player from Manchester City Emmanuel Adebayor who came up big in his home debut with Real Madrid scoring one beautiful goal to give Real Madrid and Lassana Diarra scoring a fantastic volley  giving Real Madrid a great 3 to nothing victory trump over Sevilla to make it to the finals to play their biggest rivals FC Barcelona. The two results mean that FC Barcelona and Real Madrid will meet each other in a Copa del Rey final for the first time since 1990, when the Catalan side won two too nothing in Valencia.  Real Madrid and FC Barcelona match up pretty well in this final. One advantage the Madrid squad will have is there superstar goalkeeper Iker Casillas who is red hot this year barely letting any goals get past him. Even though Madrid has that advantages Barcelona has the advantage of their red hot forward David Villa who has been a goal scoring machine this year. Thank you for reading my blog I hope you come read my next one.
